Business Shops Revenue Mechanics

Image
The Revenue Model The base revenue of your shop is the sum of the "base revenue" of all your talents (irrespective of whether they are dispatched to the shops or not) and the revenue from workers. The revenue from workers is often less than 1% of the total, and this small percentage keeps shrinking even more as your talents grow. Here is an example from my steamed bun store - Revenue from hiring workers is insignificant You can see that my steamed bun store has a base revenue of 1.3 million coming from the talent strength, and 3600 coming from the workers (one worker gives 1 revenue in this store) - the sum of which is still 1.3 million. This 1.3 million is then amplified by the 3762% bonus coming from store upgrades, beloved skills and the grocery shelf upgrades, effectively giving a total revenue of 50.4 million. If my talent strength double, I would have 100.8 million instead of that 50.4. If my number of workers double, I would still have 50.4 million. Conclusion - Do n

Shoppers Row Mechanics and Survival

Image
Shopper's Row Shopper's Row is one of the most brutal part of the early game (sometimes mid-game too), especially for non-spenders and people without the protection of big alliances.  It gets even nastier on some servers with all the top spots occupied by one toxic player or a predatory alliance, essentially denying others participation.  The good thing is you can survive it and still get to a point where you get enough credentials to buy out the entire shop. Also if you wish, you can fight back at some point if you have a couple of bold and active friends. The Mechanics The stores give you income based on the level and potential of the talents occupied in the store. This "base income" is exactly one-thousandth of the value you see on your talents in Ape Siege or Guild dungeon. If the attack value in guild dungeon is 14.7K, that talent has a base income of 14.7/minute. Each store has a bonus percentage too. So if your base income from the stationed talents is 100, a

Revenue Event Strategy

Image
This is a trick to gain massive revenue jump during the Revenue Event, using all the activities you have done in the last several days before the event. Read on.. How is the revenue score calculated? The game takes note of your highest revenue attained at any point of time. This becomes the baseline at the start of the event, on which your revenue increase are calculated. This may be different from your current revenue. Suppose that the event starts today, and your current revenue is 100k. Yesterday you had a 102k revenue (say, because of likes). Then 102 is your baseline. If you now get 3k revenue by marrying off some kids, your current revenue becomes 103k and your score would be 1k (103k-102k). Even if you drop your current revenue back to 100K, the score remains the same. Revenue Sources - Strength (Talent and Beast). This is the main source. - Wives business skills - Treasury upgrades - Marrying children - Store/shop dispatch - Likes Goes without saying that items like wife busi

Merchant Master What to Buy in the Stores

Image
The available shops in the game are  Banquet Hall Bid Merchant War Guild Shoppers Row  Tea Store. Before you buy anything else, get the  20 peaches each from "Bid", "Guild", and "Forest" shops. These are the cheapest peaches you get in the game. Do not miss them a single day! It is also good to get the tea shop ingredients.  Not as important as the peaches though. These peaches are 2.5 times cheaper than what you would get anywhere else, in comparison to the other goods. Once you have these 60 peaches, look into the shops for the following - Shopper's Row You need 400m credits to clear this shop daily. Until then you have to prioritize what to purchase.  What you need to get from here is more peaches (again!) and Grocery boxes. Getting 20 peaches and 10 grocery boxes will cost you about 25 million shoppers' income. If you do not have that many and have to choose between grocery and peach, buy a grocery box if it is cheaper than 8 times the price
